PROBLEM
Getting error message when trying to online activate/deactivate a license key
CAUSE
Probably a network connectivity issue occurred
SOLUTION
- Open a browser from the Metadefender Core server
- Go to: https://activation.dl.opswat.com/status
- If you are getting 'OPERATIONAL' message -> everything is OK, Otherwise - you have a network connectivity issue.
